Campbell River Diabetes Education Centre offers free medical assistance and information about self-management of Type 1 (children and adults), Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes. Individual appointments and/or group sessions are available to individuals of all ages.

- Small group classes
- Gestational diabetes instruction
- Certification in blood glucose monitoring (required for discounted blood glucose monitor strips)

The goal of the program is to offer all residents of the Vancouver Island Health Authority with stroke symptoms the opportunity to receive the same level of care. |
