Frances Ferguson, M.Ed., Registered Clinical Counsellor

If you need someone to talk to confidentially about something that is troubling you, talk to Fran.

Fran is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with 20 years of experience.  She deals with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and the ups and downs of life. It is very helpful to talk with someone who can be both neutral and supportive.

Fran is committed to making long-term, meaningful change.  You've suffered long enough, and deserve to live life fully.. free from the weight of difficult past events and/or traumas, or current stressful life situations.  Fran is one of a handful of counsellors on Vancouver Island who has level 3 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Fran currently offers a choice of in-office sessions or videoconference.  For videoconferencing, Fran uses OnCall Health, a secure platform where your confidentiality is assured.
