I am registered as a mental health provider with the First Nations Health Authority, and favor working with aboriginal populations. Group and individual counselling sessions available.
Evidence based psychotherapy services for youth and adults in Campbell River and surrounding areas. Individual and group sessions available; groups include open process and closed psychoeducational groups based on the resilience research of Dr. Brene Brown, LMSW. As a certified Daring Way facilitator, I work with clients on identifying core values, exploring the power of personal story, and development of emotional agility. In this way, we aim to improve how we live, love, parent, and lead toward a more wholehearted model.
