Offering both in-person and online counselling sessions for clients seeking therapy in Campbell River, the surrounding communities and throughout the Province of BC (outside of CR is online only). I currently offer both Counselling and Art Therapy services to adults of all ages (18 years and older). Helping individuals to connect with their inner strengths, build and identify strategies for regulating emotions, with collaborative support as each individual works towards their goals. I am a relational counsellor who works alongside in a supportive role. I offer clients attentive listening, genuine regard and my whole-hearted way of being, with a trauma-informed, culturally-safe presence. My counselling office reflects my calm nature with a peaceful welcoming ambiance. I have the kettle on to offer clients tea as we sit together and engage in the therapeutic process.
