The Campbell River & District Division of Family Practice invites you to join us to meet the people providing health and social services support to our Community. On Thursday, June 6 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maritime Heritage Centre (Rotary Hall).
- visit each table at the Fair to learn about resources supporting families, newcomers, seniors, indigenous health and more.
- stop at the video table and talk about what is important to you for your health and well-being.
- enter a draw for a prize.

Register with the Health Connect Registry if you, your family, or a person in your care lives in one of the following communities: Campbell River, Sayward, Gold River, Tahsis, Quadra Island, Cortes Island.

Once registered, you will be contacted by your Primary Care Network team when a family physician or nurse practitioner is available.
