To accomplish this, I utilize  a variety of psychotherapy methods. I believe that making even small changes can bring life-altering results.

Experience

Lisa Marie Gruger has been working the social services field for 25 years, 20 of those years as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.  Lisa Marie is a foster, adoptive and biological mother to nine children.  
 Her professional goal has always been to enter into private practice aiding individuals and families to attain the very best for themselves.  Thus, over the years, Lisa Marie focused on collecting a diverse range of counselling experiences, ranging from working with children and adolescents with behaviour and psychiatric disorders to supporting individuals who were transitioning out of abusive relationships and into education and/or employment.  Lisa Marie has worked in a variety of settings, ranging from correctional facilities and hospitals to community mental health, First Nations communities and non-profit agencies.  The hard work and training related to these diverse work experiences was done to ensure Lisa Marie entered into private practice as skillful and experienced as possible.  She recognizes that every individual, couple or family's time is precious and they deserve to secure the very best from each and every counselling session.
