Call For Interest - “What are the drivers of substance use in our community?”

CR CAT is looking for a dynamic approach that will draw out the unique history, demographics, and causes that have shaped the evolution of substance use and the opioid crisis in the local context. The goal overall, is to create a fulsome report with recommendations that will inform the action-oriented activities of the CR CAT plan designed to address the opioid crisis in the Campbell River region.
