Fran is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with 20 years of experience, who works with individuals and couples.  She deals with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and the ups and downs of life. It is very helpful to talk with someone who can be both neutral and supportive.

Fran has trained extensively in Internal Family Systems (IFS).  IFS is evidence-based and is a refreshing, hopeful approach to counselling that is effective in providing relief and long-term meaningful change.  She still offers traditional approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) where that best fits the issue and the client.

Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.
Some evening appointments may be available.
Videoconferencing option available (Zoom)for people who live outside the region, work in camp, or otherwise cannot come to the office.

Cost structure: private pay
Program fee: 110.00
Program fee notes: 120/hour for couples therapy. GST is additional.
Sliding scale available for people of modest income.
