- Service delivery of targeted initiatives for older workers for the Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development
- Individual employment and career coaching for assistance with job search, career decision-making and employment maintenance
- Workshops for the public and business on H.R. issues, employment maintenance, team work etc.
- Service delivery in Campbell River of the Community Assistance Program for the Ministry of Social Development (CAP Program)
- Lead role in partnership initiative for the region through the Coastal Employment Network to provide administration of provincial government programs.
- Service delivery of targeted initiatives for older workers
- JobOptionsBC- targeted at people who are not eligible for EI, and who are not in school that need help with resume building and job preparedness. It is a 10 week program.
- Individual services:
- Career Coaching – to help clarify your career direction, decide on a educational path, or navigate career transition
- Resumes – for those who find writing a resume challenging
Population Served
- Individuals employed in the community that are looking at seeking other employment, education, and or career change
- Businesses who would like to expand on skills to manage issues related to hiring and facilitating employee satisfaction and growth in the work place
- Unemployed mature workers 55-65 of age.
