Aboriginal Health Provides culturally appropriate, accessible health services to Aboriginal people in the Vancouver Island Health Authority in partnership with the First Nations Health Authority.
Aboriginal Health Liaison Nurse Aboriginal Health, a department of VIHA's Population and Family Health clinical portfolio, provides Aboriginal Liaison Nurse services in acute care facilities and links patients with community resources and assists with discharge planning.
