  • Service delivery of targeted initiatives for older workers for the Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development
  • Individual employment and career coaching for assistance with job search, career decision-making and employment maintenance
  • Workshops for the public and business on H.R. issues, employment maintenance, team work etc.
  • Service delivery in Campbell River of the Community Assistance Program for the Ministry of Social Development (CAP Program)
  • Lead role in partnership initiative for the region through the Coastal Employment Network to provide administration of provincial government programs.
  • Service delivery of targeted initiatives for older workers
  • JobOptionsBC- targeted at people who are not eligible for EI, and who are not in school that need help with resume building and job preparedness. It is a 10 week program.
  • Individual services:
  • Career Coaching – to help clarify your career direction, decide on a educational path, or navigate career transition
  • Resumes – for those who find writing a resume challenging

Population Served

  • Individuals employed in the community that are looking at seeking other employment, education, and or career change
  • Businesses who would like to expand on skills to manage issues related to hiring and facilitating employee satisfaction and growth in the work place
  • Unemployed mature workers 55-65 of age.
