Employer Assistance Program:
Our aim is to connect employers to the right workers, with the right skills, when they are needed. NIEFS offers a full suite of employer services including:
- Job Postings available on our website, local TV, and in our employment center
- Hosting Hiring/Career Fairs and Employer Forums
- Confidential resume collection service
- Private office space for interviews and/or meetings
- Labour market information and resources
- Targeted Skills Shortage Program (TSSP) for eligible employers and employees
- Wage subsidies for eligible clients
