Campbell River Youth in Care Network

The Campbell River Youth in Care Network is a group of youth and young adults who have had some association with the Ministry of Children and Family Development at some point in their life. We strive to provide a safe environment for young people to get out and have fun. Our goal is all about making connections. We have yearly dinners with Foundry's cooking group, yearly youth retreats, a yearly celebration for BC Child and Youth in Care Week, and monthly gatherings. We have gone rock climbing, kick boxing, bowling, mini golfing, walks on the beach, presentations on taxes, escape rooms, and more. All of the ideas for groups come from the young people themselves. We run based on what the young people want. more info
