ANN ELMORE TRANSITION HOUSE (AEH) is a short-term emergency shelter which provides safe shelter, support services, food, clothing and basic necessities for women, and their children, who are at risk of abuse/violence. Trauma Informed Yoga

When yoga classes are taught from a trauma-informed perspective, it has been proven to be helpful for survivors.
